The barn wasnt in the best shape and the cabin we stayed in did not have heat. It got down below 40 at night (Sept). We only stayed one night because of this and they did not refund us the second night. There wasnt anywhere for the horse to walk around and get exercise either. The website said pet friendly but our 3 indoor dogs were forced to stay the night in a horse stall. Had we gotten there earlier we would've found another place. Unfortunately we got in late. We were evavuating from Hurricane Irma.

nice stalls, shavings, wifi at all sites, clean campground, a little bit of a hill getting in but not a problem and I have a 28 ft on the floor. Will go back. Trails are typical mountain trails and we use shoes with driltec Pretty place and nice riding friendly camp host Wade
